Fronted by the charismatic Sir Charles and backed by three bad-ass horns, a Hammond organ, first rate bass and guitar, and the city’s coolest drummer (funny, she doesn’t look like a drummer…), this band will take you from Rufus Thomas to Jerry Lee Lewis, from Al Green to Sam & Dave, and from Otis Redding to Elvis. If it was influenced by or recorded in the city of Memphis, they play it.
